LEGO Education
Over the last number of weeks Lego Education has been introduced in Newport Boys, all the boys are really enjoying working with the lego.

Gummy Bears do some amazing things when you put them in different solutions!!
Second class were working with gummy bears this week. The boys worked in pairs, first we made some observations of the gummy bears- appearance, length, shape, texture even taste :) We set up four different conditions: Gummy bear in 50ml of water Gummy bear in 50ml of water& 1 tbsp salt Gummy bear in 50ml of water& 1 tbsp baking soda Gummy bear in 50ml of water& 1 tbsp vingear We made our predictions on what we thought might happen and we left it over night and recorded the results. second class planted our Daffodils. Each day we have to take care of our flower water it and make sure its not too dry. We hope our lovely flowers will grow soon
